The environment around CRO and experimentation is changing. Everything is getting faster: new tools, AI, and shorter delivery cycles are changing how teams generate ideas, build tests, read results and apply insights. Some of how we work will need to change with them, some of it shouldn’t.
This event has passed.
Our speakers have run experimentation inside large organisations. They’re here to share the detail and practical knowledge.

Test & Learn is a series of practitioner-led events for experimentation and CRO teams in New Zealand. Each one takes a problem practitioners actually have, hears from people who have dealt with it, and leaves time for the room to compare notes. Between events, the conversation carries on in the Test & Learn Collective on LinkedIn.
Speakers share what they tried, what worked and what didn’t. Discussion centred around the practice, not tactics.
Seats are capped and the conversation runs under the Chatham House Rule, so people can speak openly about their own organisations.
Each event builds on the last. What the room raises shapes the next topic.
Yes, if you run, lead or depend on experimentation in a large organisation, or you’re simply interested in experimentation and CRO. You don’t need a mature programme: some people will be scaling one, others working out where to start.
Test & Learn is free to attend. Seats are limited, so please only register if you plan to come.
Yes. Ask them to register separately so we can plan numbers and keep the mix of organisations balanced.
No. Sessions run under the Chatham House Rule. You’re free to use what you hear, but not to say who said it.
Test & Learn is hosted by Confidently, an experimentation capability partner for in-house digital teams. The November event is held at Google’s Auckland office in Wynyard Quarter.
