ABOUT
Raising the standard of experimentation practice.
Confidently exists because too many organisations have invested in isolated tests, tools and tactics without building the capability needed to make experimentation sustainable. We bring together senior practitioners to help teams raise standards, build confidence, and turn experimentation into a trusted business practice.
Why we exist
Why the practice exists
Too many organisations have invested in tests, tools and tactics without building the capability to make experimentation repeatable. We help teams close that gap by raising standards, improving decision confidence and making experimentation a trusted business practice.
We are not here to run disconnected tests for teams. We help organisations build the confidence, standards and capability to experiment as a repeatable, trusted practice.
Build capability before output
Sustainable results come from skills, systems and standards, not one-off tests or borrowed expertise.
Create shared standards
Clearer ways of working make experimentation more reliable, collaborative and credible across the business.
Improve decision confidence
Evidence-led practice helps teams move faster, reduce risk and defend decisions with confidence.
Trusted business practice
We help experimentation become a recognised, valued capability, not a specialist side activity.
Local roots, broader reach
Built in Aotearoa New Zealand, with experience across New Zealand, Australia and global organisations.
PRACTITIONER-LED EXPERIENCE
Practitioner-led experience
Confidently is led by senior practitioners with experience across experimentation strategy, agency growth, advisory, training and optimisation practice.

Our point of view
Experimentation as a serious business capability
Experimentation works when it is treated as a core capability, not a marketing tactic or optimisation channel.
We created Confidently to help more organisations build the capability to experiment with confidence — not just run more tests, but make better decisions, raise standards and create sustainable value. Too many teams are expected to experiment without the training, support or shared standards needed to do it well. Our goal is to change that.
Standards-led approach
How we build capability
Our work is shaped by a simple, practical standard: assess where you are, enable your teams, capture what you learn, and connect people around better practice.
Assess
Benchmark maturity and identify the gaps that matter most.
Enable
Build team capability through training, advisory and practical frameworks.
Learn
Create systems for capturing, sharing and applying experimentation knowledge.
Connect
Bring practitioners, leaders and teams together around better experimentation practice.
